To further expand our presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join us immediately. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B clients in the DACH markets and help grow our brands.
Job description:
As a Sales Representative for the DACH market, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, as well as attracting new partners in the region.
This includes:
- Supporting existing clients: Assisting bridal stores in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland throughout the sales process and following up on their needs.
- Order management: Coordinating all orders from clients in the DACH region.
- Collection presentation: Selling new bridal collections to existing clients and prospects.
- Developing a sales strategy: Further developing the current sales strategy in the DACH countries and beyond.
- Acquiring new clients: Actively prospecting for new partners and exploring new markets.
- Trade fair participation: Organizing and participating in international fashion trade fairs to represent our brand.
- International expansion: Assisting in the exploration of new markets outside Europe.
Your profile:
- Passion for fashion: You have a strong affinity for the fashion and bridal sector.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Language skills: Fluent in German, with a good command of English. Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to travel: You enjoy regular travel and are flexible with working hours.
- Team player: You enjoy working in a close-knit team and have an open, enthusiastic attitude.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic: You can spot opportunities and think strategically about new markets.
